Single images orders are sent via eMail unless otherwise specified.  Shipping charges for images not eMailed includes the CDROM.    CDROM Shipments will include a free one user copy of my Bald Eagle screen saver (for viewing purposes only).   Minnesota sales tax will be added to orders shipped to a MN address unless you provide a tax payer ID in the comments block.
