Damaged in Shipment - If your shipment is damaged in shipment please contact us for instructions. Each shipper has different policies but rest assured we'll make sure the problem is rectified.
Loose Prints - If you're not completely satisfied you may return the print for a refund or exchange for another image. Contact us first for return information.
Foam Core Mounted Prints - If you're not completely satisfied you may return the print for a refund or exchange for another image. Contact us first for return information.
Framed Prints - Can not be returned for refund or exchanged. If your order is not up to your standards of quality please contact us and it will be redone. All purchases final.
Royalty Free Images - The storage media (eg; CD-ROM) is guaranteed for 1 year, if for any reason you can not access the CD contact us for exchange instructions. Refunds can not be issued for copyrighted material. If you are unsure if the photos will meet your needs contact us first and we can send you a watermarked comp for review. All purchases final.
Limited Rights Licensed Images - Any storage media is guaranteed for 1 year, if for any reason you can not access the CD contact us for exchange instructions. If the image is sent to you via eMail and you can not read the file contact us and we'll send it again or post it for download. Refunds can not be issued for the copyrighted material. If you are unsure if the photos will meet your needs contact us first and we can send you a watermarked comp for review. All purchases final.
